The quote you have provided does not necessarily refer to the jiva's fall from vaikuntha, to which I believe Sriman Muniraja prabhu's question pertains. In fact, in considering other texts and commentaries (by Srila Prabhupada and other acaryas) on the fall of the jiva, it is rather doubtful that this purport refers to that. It (this purport) would rather seem like a general theme which pertains even to the jiva falling from the human platform to lower species. That is my arrogant (I wish it were humble) opinion. BTW I very much appreciated your comments on the ideas of logic as counterpoised to strict self evident sastric basis, concerning the jiva enjoying more than Sri Krsna. Thank you for your humble and studious nature and for being a proper servant of Srila Prabhupada.
