New version of VEDA2ASC.EXE that also supports Unicode

I have put the file VED2ASC5.ZIP (11 KB) in the "Programs" conference.

 

This programs converts texts copied from the Vedabase from Balaram encoding

to ASCII, Sanskrit, or Unicode encoding.

 

The only change since version 4 is that it also supports Unicode.
