Colon cleanse with Isabgol

I remember once doing a colon cleanse using isabgol, it was very effective.

I was drinking isabgol with water or fruit juice about three times a day as

far as I remember for several days.

 

I cant remember if I was fasting also.

 

In all, my memory of the treatment is vague. I would like to do it again.

The last time I did it was about 15 years ago, and it was quite well known

at that time.

 

Does anyone know the details of such a system using Isabgol?
