Dear All,

The reference to the greatness and glory that comes from surrender and service to the Guru's feet is talked about in so many verses of the Guru Gita...

Verse 11 of talks about the selfless loving service to the feet of the respected Guru, the soul is purified of all sin ..

Verse 12 talks about "remembering the lotus feet of your Guru..."

Verses 13, 14 , 15 ,16, 17 talk about drinking the water from the Guru's feet

Verse 68 says "At his lotus feet reside the chief jewels of all scriptures.."

It is only fitting therefore that we celebrate Guru Purnima this year by offering our pranams, gratitude to the lotus feet of our Gurus.

Our beloved Kaliananda Saraswati has kindly accepted to offer flowers to our Gurus' feet on all our behalf on this occassion.

If you would like to participate in this pada puja (worship of the holy feet of the Gurus) , please send in your name, a message for Maa and Swamiji (please keep it brief, not more than a line or two at the most) , and send them in to chandimaakijai (chandimaakijai at ) no later than July 8th noon Pacific Standard Time.

Kalianandaji will also read aloud all our messages to Maa and Swamiji during the satsang or at an appropriate time. So , please keep your messages short and sweet.

Come, participate in the puja and shower your love to the Gurus.

JAI GURU
