Guest guest
Adiyen dasan, If my memory is right, sometime between 1992 to 1993, there was a programme about music in Channel Two of Doordarshan with great music scholars discussion. They were discussing about "Punn" (the music related word like raaga, tala like that with tamil literature). Divya prabandham is the only highest resource in tamil for a such "PuNN". Adiyen father is watching that programme and start hymming prabandam with very easy melody and we can sing prabandham like a bhajan. Definately it is a rare composition. At the end of songs, he said that he had about 40 to 50 pasuras in that composition. As of my small knowledge, Tamil Isai Khazham has done a research on that.
