Dear Mr Lalit,

 

If you want to believe that academicians alone are responsible for academic

corruption like this you are welcome to adhere to this idea, but

unforunately this not fully true. If academic piracy is the domain of

scholars only, why don't the publishers get the manuscript fully evaluated &

properly examined before publishing?
