Please somebody look into my horoscope

Hi Respected Gurus,

I am married from past 2years and not able to have

any children so far. After medical examination,i was

found to have problems which delays me to get child.

Please have a look at my horoscope and pls let me know

if i can have children

dob/time 17 March 1978 Time- 21:50

Place- Bangalore

 

My wife's

dob/time 28 July 1980 time- 12:15(afternoon)

Place-Mysore

 

Even i know little bit of astrology, Is My Mars is

neecha in 10th causing problem?
