Please accept my humble obeisances, all glories to Srila Prabhupada.

 

Please send this to all devotees you know who had anything to do with

Benelux ISKCON and who are not on PAMHO. Thank you

 

My name is Anasuya devi dasi (Anke Debo) and I am in the process of starting

with my service of managing the Archive of ISKCON Benelux. I have some

questions to all of you who have been here.

 

Since I am prepared to take this as my responsibility from now on until I

leave this body. I will try to be as professional as possible. I am going to

get some teaching from others so that nothing get's lost and the archive

will be avalable for the whole Benelux.

 

In this letter I would like to ask for information regarding pictures taken

in our Benelux yatras. Interviews given by devotees in our yatras, TV

programmmas where we appear, newspapers with something about us.

This is concerning past, present and future. Regarding future please contact

me if there will be something on TV, Internet, Newspapers, any media. Plus

folders for Nama-Hattas, preaching centres, or yatra's. In short: ANYTHING

COMING OUT FROM US (BENELUX ISCON), OR FROM THE OUTSIDE WORLD (MAINLY MEDIA)

If you have personal pictures or your own archive and you don't wish to

donate it to us, then please permit us to scan them.

some materials that upgrade our ability to do it in a professional way. Here

are the things we need:

 

* Extra hard disk (one with huge memory, or two with smaller memory)

 

* Scanner (best in a format that makes it easy to travel with)

 

* Internet (donation of connection)

 

* Phone (connection or just the phone itself)

One note I want to add is that I am located in Radhadesh BUT this does not

mean it concerns only Radhadesh or it is a project of Radhadesh. It is a

project of the Communication Department of the Benelux. Since Radhadesh is

the biggest temple in Benelux the Archive will be based in the library of

the Bhaktivedanta College : RESTRICTED AREA. It is in the restricted area so

that nothing get's lost and I have an overview of who donated what. And

since we want to make it available for others, I will have an overview of

who has taken out what and for how long.
