I lit the candle, and about the time I was lighting the incense, I

started singing these strange words again.

Its called spontaneous Sahaja; God's gift to some humans who possess a

little past life poornava samskaras. (Not gonna explain meanings of

these particular Sankrit words, it will take a tome. Instead, pls do a

Google search for meanings of the words if you wish to find out more.

Accept it, let it be, these strange words. Strange to you maybe, but

not to the deities you worship. They know exactly what a soul means even

if you speak double-Dutch or mumbo-jumbo, don't worry. Its the Bhakti

that matters.)

Then I believed that I should offer these rocks which I found in a

thrift store. I had thought of making them into a little temple for

the parad Shivalinga which I got from the Rudra Centre.

Be guided by your Upa Guru, your instincts and intuition. Again its

devotion that counts.

Some of the rocks are of a better quality than others, and I had

separated them into two containers. I'm not sure what the stone is, but

I think that it isn't good enough quality to be BC jade.I was under the

impression, perhaps mistaken, that BC jade was sent to China to be

worked.

China does not import BC jade from Canada. Nor any type of jade from

Alaska, the U.S., etc. etc. No way. China only gets jadeite jade and

nephrite from a certain Indo-China nation which produces the highest gem

grade quality.

Perhaps it is nephrite,

Could be nephrite, could be serpentine or even adventurine. Without

seeing a pic, can't be sure.

and it is just chips and I wouldn't be able to make it into jewelery,

except possibly to fasten a loop onto one of the better pieces and wear

it as a pendant.

Good idea for a pendant, why not? :)

Would anyone have an idea why I felt that it was necessary to offer

these to the deities today?

Sometimes when a person is under influences from certain planetary

movements without knowing it consciously, the subconscious takes over

and forth comes a strong urge to make certain offerings at any given

time. Of course, there is also the Upa Guru or inner guru who tells you

to do so.

This is the most important thing that happened to me today. Think I

might really be cracking up, and not just weird. I can see green, but my

daughter can see green better than I can. She said that a building was

green, but to me it looked beige, and she said that the stones are very

pretty, so I think they are really greener than I see them.

You're not alone Barb, there are many people who see varying degrees of

color. If you really want to know, I'm totally color blind!! Anyway

thx for sharing your experiences.

Thanks Narasimhaye,

But why these green stones. I have lots of other stones in jewellery, plus I was wearing a sapphire ring and a blue pendant (it has golden specks in it but I can't remember the name right now, because it is Shani's day, and I was worshipping a brass Shivalinga, a rather large black stone linga which I found in the garden, the paradshivalinga from the Rudra Centre and a few other black lingas which I have. I was worshipping with black sesame oil and camphor. Why these green stones? Why not the sapphire? Why not the blue pendant? Why have I never had a strong feeling that I had to donate any of the other stones to any of the deities, at least not a strong feeling as this was.
