Student seeking help from kundalini yoga & sss yogi teaching

I have a walking problem also. My achilles heel was operated on and i have a limp. There is pain in my big toe when i walk. Consider golden milk there is a recipe online. Tumeric is good for joints. Maybe change your diet to deal with the uric acid.

I used to feel introverted, depressed, and have anxiety around people also because my limp affected my first chakra. Awaken kundalini energy with SAT kriya or another kriya. Practice two weeks. Go to a 3ho center to learn. Then Nabhi kriya- feel your will return and your nervousness vanish. Do it on your bed. For a month your should feel great. Then karmic issues will come up. Do Mahan gyan mudra after Nabhi and continue with sat kriya to never be in pain. Your nervousness is from a 1st chakra imbalance as a result of you not being able to connect to the ground properly. I´ve been through this before and also felt nervous and anxieous around people. Mahan gyan mudra quickly changed my mind state and still continues to do so 3 years later. Finally start with sodarshan chakra kriya 5mins. and add one minute every month after the first month. I´m at 120+ days with this meditation and i feel great. I no longer have to depend on mahan gyan mudra as much. I too felt hopeless

and thought about death often. I was taking drugs everyday. Kundalini filled the sense of emptness inside me. Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan works! I am not working for 3h0 or am a teacher, but just a regular person looking for answers. Please do not give up hope and write to me. Once your fear is gone your beauty will shine. Your mind state is controled by energy kundalini yoga gives you the tools to increase the energy flow to your mind. I´ve tried my healing systems. Some worked well at first and then faded. Kundalini yoga was great at first then it became difficult as problems came up, but now i´ve worked through the difficult matters and I´m at last finding peace. Do just 5mins of sodarshan chakra a day for 40 days. Right before a change you will feel terrible and doubt yourself at about 30-40 days but keep going dont miss a day. Hi Chris

I am deepti from india.

I read your mail and could somehow connect to it.

Evn i feel nervous and anxious as soon as i get out of my

house.

I dont know but some kind of fear surrounds me.

I feel sleepy always at my work place but the good

thing about it is that i dont let this problem hamper my relations

with my peers.

I read about the solution you mentioned in your mail but couldnt

understand it.

Can you plz let me know if there is some way out to my problem!.
