Hi All,

 

I feel kinda stupid asking this, for not knowing the answer, but I have seen

such great response I know somebody has to have this problem and a good idea

how to fix it. I am Kapha and Pitta both, when I have too much Pitta it

seems very easy for me to solve, very easy indeed! But...burning off Kapha

seems more difficult. Right now I am trying to fight having too much kapha,

I feel like a big lump where I wanna lie around and do nothing and sleep, I

feel sooo tired but I have had enough rest and know it is just the same

imbalance I always have fought. Before, I never even knew what it was or

what was happening so I¹d just sleep thinking I must need it or something

but I know better now (thankfully).

 

Does anyone know a good pose or two or some method that will just burn

enough off that you can get going again? The reason I have more trouble with

this one is because by the time it gets too much the motivation to act has

gone, whereas when I have too much Pitta then I am hyperactive but have

enough energy to do what¹s needed to balance out. Recommendations for

long-term balance would be good too as I am always up for new ideas but it¹s

the short term interim cure that is most needed.

Someone is asking about the effects of Kundalini yoga on high blood

pressure. Does anyone have any personal experience or feedback from others

of how the practice of Kundalini yoga either raised or lowered their already

high blood pressure?
