Sat Nam to ALL,

I have done a Kundalini yoga message search for

migraines and got a reference to the mudra for

migraines however I can’t find the mudra in the

archives. If you can please direct me to the correct

location where I can find the mudra one of my friends

has migranes and she would benefit from it allot.

There are several other methods I found in the

archives in regards to migraines:

1) Drink plenty of water.

2) Taken from

(Kundaliniyoga/message/9813)

“The last time I felt one starting (last month) I

actually tried

something that Gururattan suggested to Brad. He was

having problems,

I believe, with a lot of pressure/energy in his head

from meditating.

(Brad please correct me if I'm wrong). She suggested

focusing/channeling the energy through the 6th chakra.

I'm not sure

I'm explaining this correctly. But what I did, upon

reading it, was

started breathing long and deep. When I would exhale,

I would imagine

I was exhaling through my 6th chakra. Essentially

blowing the pain

out the window, to put it a bit more bluntly. But it

actually worked

for me. I noticed a difference on the very first

breath. I could feel

less pressure in my head. It didn't get rid of it, but

after several

minutes, it reduced the intesity to a regular headache

(and for me,

those are cake to deal with it). Someone else had

posted a link to a

mudra for migranes (you may want to search back a

couple of weeks).â€

I look forward to your suggestions.

Regards,

Vito
