The "Maha Shirsh" Mudra = "Big Head"

For headaches, sinus pressure

Connect the tips of the index and middle finger to the thumb.

The ring finger should curl down and tuck the fingernail under the

meaty part of your thumb.

Stick the pinky finger out as straight as possible. It is difficult to

get the pinky straight at first, as you work with it this becomes easier.

Do the mudra with both hands, and if you want, you can bring them

together and put the pinky tips together in such a way so you can put

gentle pressure on them in order to straighten them out.. gentle

pressure!!
