Dear Maharajas, Prabhus and Matajis,

It has been a while since I updated my site mostly because of lot of

traveling, etc.

 

Finally I added something that I have wanted to for several years, a copy of

Gopala Bhatta Gosvami's "Sat-kriya-sara-dipika" in PDF (1 MB) to be found at

I have added a few astrological notes at the end regarding the suggested

muhurtas for performing the samskaras.

 

This text is full of very useful sastric references, for example why one

initiated into Visnu mantra should not worship devatas nor cause others to

worship devatas. It is lamentable that many "devotee" astrologers despite

knowing better still advocate the worship of devatas. This can be attributed

to lack of discrimination and poor judgement in there choice of jyotish

siksha. Bad association is a major cause of fall down.
