Kundalini do help or mediatations does help...but we have to also control ourself in diet of foods and using traditions cure.Moderm medicicne will ask u to carry on for life. Recently with the 3 years period.... manage to bring everything to normal. I had started my pressure at 186!!! Nearly busted my head nerves??? Than 146, 136-185 all time modern medicine..............?????with slao faith and others mediatations of kundalini etc,etc ad lastly getting an GGGGGGGGGoood traditional sinseh.....I am now without presuure 128/85...tested 3 threes already...western doctors ask me how come ...I never tell them...I jus mentioned food control??? So previously I had mentioned...chinese tea/sinseh balacing of chi etc,etc will help even cholersralos!!! Guest guest Posted July 20, 2006 Report Share Posted July 20, 2006 High Blood pressure is usually caused by cholesterol plaques on the arteries limiting the blood flow. There is a theory out there I am willing to believe that cholesterol would not by itself stick to the wall of the arteries if it weren't for the arteries' walls being scratched first. Chlorine seems to be the culprit. So avoid unfiltered water! In order to dissolve the cholesterol from the arteries, start an alkaline diet. For example drinking a fresh lemon or lime juice. If you were to measure the cholesterol in the blood stream it would rise compared with before the alkaline diet, don't be alarmed as that's a good sign that the plaques are being dissolved. I don't know a yoga set that can help with that process. High blood pressure is also caused by stress. So any cooling breath, meditation, and yoga sets can help with that.
