Guest guest
Dear Jennifer: I would look within for answers. Ask yourself what you are scared of or angry about in your life right now. Lethargy comes from not wanting to face something. Then you can find the energy to face it by doing any navel set. But if your try the navel set before knowing what you resist in life it might be hard to commit to really doing the set. You can also find anger inside of you about your state of lethargy and use that to give you will power to do the set. Best wishes and blessings, Awtar
Guest guest
You know what? I am usually good at analyzing my own patterns and finding spots where I get stuck but your suggestion hadn¹t even occurred to me until I read it. It¹s really on the mark, though. I read this and thought about it and I am in the act of correcting it. THANK YOU for being so insightful and sharing it. It¹s definitely a mix of a small bit of anger and mostly avoidance.
