Update of BBT programs

I have put following files in the "Programs" conference:

The changes in PP since version 95 are:

 

- The program prints the sheet number if the option -n is given.

 

- Fixed bug: The program crashed if the last line in the format file did not

end with an end-of-line.

 

 

The changes in BOOK since version 14 are:

 

- The program prints the sheet number if that option is checked in the print

options.

 

- Fixed bug: The program crashed if the last line in the format file did not

end with an end-of-line.

 

- Fixed bug: The program sometimes crashed when you opened another book.

 

- Fixed bug: If the printer has been changed after the book has been opened,

then the printout was not centered.
