Dear All,

If you have the book "Sadhu Stories" you will remember the picture on

the cover - Swamiji seated under a tree. I put up another picture of

Swamiji seated under a tree, presumably during his travels in India (the

lady in the far corner with her pots made me come to

this conclusion) . It can be seen on our home page

Namaste Nandaji,

This picture is wonderful and tells a story so beautiful. To me it

is the "other half" to the picture where Beloved Shree Maa, dressed

in red and white sari, is seated outside in the full lotus asana and

completely gone ....

Here a poem from Rampsad ...

Ma, You're inside me

Who says You keep Your distance, Syama?

You're a stony girl, terrible illusion,

dressing in many guises.

For different methods of prayer You put on

the five chief forms.

But once someone realizes

the five are one,

there'll be no escape for You!

Understanding the truth,

he won't encumber You with false worship

and You'll have to stop

as if You'd sneezed

to take his burdens.

Once he knows the value of gold

will he welcome glass

by mistake?

Prasad says, My heart is shaped like a flawless lotus.

I place You there, my mental Goddess:

Now dance!

Thanks for sharing Nanda.

Is this picture available for purchase?
