Have you ever been near a person while is falling asleep? well, the heavy breath you ear is an ujjayi breathing. Yoga is not effort, is not dangerous... yoga is life. And as the life you have to live it naturally. You relax your throat as you are becoming asleep and then breath naturally, feel the air passing in the throat... feel it, that's all.
