Guest guest
Salutations to Gurudev Dr. Narayan dutt Shrimali. The anulom-vilom vidhi with a chant to i n s t a n t l y revive health & make up for any kind of wear & tear in the body & mind. Sit in sukhasan or any comfortable pose. Take a deep breath & hold it in. Now,chant "Naase rog hare sab peeraa, japat nirantar hanumat beeraa." Breath out & while the breath is held out chant the above mantra. Take a breath. Relax for a while & repeat. This procedure has been an amazing one whenever I feel tired, worn out, sick, depressed, let down, hopeless, distracted, lazy, lethargic or even lost. This procedure will give you that extra drive that is required to perform Jap/sadhana regularly & pep your feelings when you chant. This vidhi also revitalises enthusiasm & promotes concentration. "Bhaavo hi vidyate devo,na loshte kaashthe paashaane cha." Always remember your attitude towards deity decides the results and success in your chantings. This procedure would be most useful in developing that for you. Salutations to Gurudev Dr. Narayan dutt Shrimali. Warm regards.

Is there any audio file of this mantra to assist in chanting it correctly? thank you and blessings, Andrea Miller - larrythakur Tuesday, July 25, 2006 2:26 PM Mantra-vidhi to revive health.
