Guest guest
Sat Nam, Everyone, I would like to start (another) 40-day practice of Kirtan Kriya ("Sa Ta Na Ma")and would like to know if anyone from the group is interested in joining me. I have done this many times in the past but feel right now a need to commit to it again in connection with breaking a specific habit pattern that I have been working on neutralizing over the years. I feel that I would benefit greatly from the energy of many of us doing the practice every day. I would like to begin tomorrow, Tuesday, July 25 (new moon day), and do 31 minutes daily. BUT of course if someone wants to commit to less time that is fine. You all are so helpful and compassionate in your posts and I feel fortunate to be connected to your encouraging energy! If you are interested would you please respond so that I KNOW I will have the support of a group? Thank you! Nirvair Kaur

Guest guest
Sat Nam, Nirvair Kaur, I'm in. Kirtan Kriya is a favorite of mine and I'd also like to begin a 40-day practice. Would you please provide your location and time you plan to practice so I can try and synchronize our time? Guest guest
Anyone have a link to it so I can make sure to do the right one? When are we starting and what times? I can do mine most anytime but prefer mornings. I¹m in Texas (blech) so whatever time zone lemme know so I can adjust it. This could be great! Guest guest
Sat Naam! That is wonderful and inspiring. Kirtan Kriya was the last 40-day I made it through. Now, I have started doing a 40-day sadhana of Ra Ma Da Sa that I am completely committing to. So although I will not join you in Kirtan Kriya, we are joining each other in sadhana Keep up! So hung ranjit k. Guest guest
Sat Nam! I was given Seraba Sud meditation which I began, coincidentally (?) Monday morning and am doing until I stop, 11 minutes morning and 11 minutes evening. I'm blessed to join you in sadhana.
