Sat Nam, Jennifer,

I'm glad to hear you're interested in doing kirtan kriya!

Directions can be found at www.kundaliniyoga.org. Scroll down

to "**free** online kundalini yoga course for beginners" & then

select "lesson 15 -- kirtin kriya".

I'm in chicago & will be doing 31 minutes beginning at 5:00 am. I

started this morning. If you (or anyone else who participates) can

synchronize your time with mine that would be great BUT it would

also be great to simply have a group of folks doing the practice

every day, even if at different times!

Sat Nam, Padmani Kaur,

I'm glad you're in, too! As I replied to Jennifer, I'm in Chicago &

will be beginning my 31 minutes at 5 am.

(I see that the high temp. in Phoenix today should reach 108!)

Thanks for the link, I thought I knew this one! I always liked this one and

in re-reading that lesson it sounds like perfect timing in my life. I think

I¹ll make journal entries of each time too. My biorythms are slightly off

kilter since moving but I am normally up between 4:00 and 4:30 each morning

without fail. This morning I will start off late in the morning and join in

at 5:00 am for the rest of the time. I can¹t think of a better motivation to

get myself back into sync. THANKS!!!

Peace Profound,

Jennifer
