Guest guest
|| Hare Rama Krishna || Dear V_Kumar, Namaskar. In our parampara (Sri Jagannath), we are always told to see the Ghataka dosha and advice accordingly in matters of relationship. Ghataka is a serious dosha and shows basic differences in compatibility. In popular culture, people are happily getting ashtakuta and mangalik matches done and approving relationships automatically. Very often marriage problems shows tithi ghataka but that is after marriage and children has already become reality. Yes, it is advised not to pursue such relationships. Lets not talk about weightage because we know harmonious relationship will not happen in the first place. In those cases where marriage has already taken place between two individuals, and ghataka problems have arisen, the advise is Mangal Shaanti (Mangal is karaka of ghata). But this is not remedy and it is just hoped to make things better. Incompatibility remains, because it is the core nature of the individuals. I didn't understand your query about 'Dveja' star. Please provide the birth details of the two natives in question. If that is so, should this dosha be taken into consideration in matching of charts for marriage and give a final verdict through it ? It may happen, that the charts are well matched kutawise but may have tithi or day ghatak, should it be rejected ? > > Please indicate, if the Ghataka may really cause topsy turvy in a relationship and the weightage assigned to it ? > > Can you please tell me, which classic has the reference of Ghataka for relationships etc. > > Thanks, > > Vijay Kumar > > > > New Message Search > Find the message you want faster. To explain where does my doubt lies, the table-1 of the Ghatak chakra article is being reproduced below. .. .. .. > Here, you may notice that in column 5 under Nakshatra, Dveja is written against Sagittarius Rasi. My doubt is "Which is this nakshatra ? " [sourav]: In my opinion, Ashwini is referred by the word Dvijaa. The reason I think is because Ashwini nakshatra is ruled by the two Ashwini Kumar brothers and hence indicated two. We need to verify this from Visti-ji. > > 02. > Next doubt is about the column 3A. Column 3 talks about a tithi group (Nanda, Bhadra...) and 3A lists some special tithis. I have not understood the application of the tithis listed under column 3A. [sourav]: I am not prepared to understand this. I am thinking of the table itself and not how to use it. > > 03. > Should the panchanga elements be seen for the Ghataka dosha or even arudha or planets in those positions be also involved ? [sourav]: Panchanga elements are elements of time. Are you talking of tattva ? > For example, in Capricorn rasi native, if the partner does not have any ghataka dosha but partner's arudha falls in Leo, whether that would mean any thing significantly ? [sourav]: The table talks about Lagna and not AL. > Also, if some planets are placed in Leo, whether those dasha/antara of partners would be difficult for the native etc. > [sourav]: The article is based on Sanjay-ji's research. I am not willing to make comments without research. > Finally, should I understand that ghataka dosha, apart from matrimonial relationship, may be applied anywhere between 2 people working or living together, even with the self and children or between the self and business partners etc ? [sourav]: Each person is born at a moment which has a particular panchanga and indicates a quality of time. The person is the time itself ! Because Time and the persona are born out of the pancha tattvas. If this time-quality is incompatible with another time-quality then conflict occurs. I think there are examples of sambandhas outside marriage given in that article. Gataka principles are two be checked whenever two different people or entities are converging. > > Thanks, > > Vijay Kumar > > - > Sourav > > Friday, July 28, 2006 12:36 PM > [Om Krishna Guru] Re: Ghataka > > > > || Hare Rama Krishna || > > Dear V_Kumar, > > Namaskar.
