Dear Pt arjun,

 

As i know women can also recite Gayithri mantra

and all Mantras have to be initated be

 

mother, father or a guru or some elder person [not older but elder]

 

women have to avoid it as they do in other cases durign periods else

no ban if Gayathri mata isa women and women beig forbidden doesnt mae

sense they need only yo avoid the 5 days.

 

My 1/3 sister do and th eone who dies it iis most balanced,

affectionate, resolute, decessive, well respected in all our circles.

than the other 2 was taugh thsi by a Guru.

 

I picked up Gayathri mantra recital from a `womens colege magazine'

later a book on Gayihri by Adyar Library has several other

variations-vishnu,shiva, gaoapathi gayithris etc' only a few yrs alter

I had my formal thread ceremony.

 

after reciting Gayithri only did i get interest in astrology in 81-82,

now i manage just 1 sandha vandana

 

but for best results

 

2 hrs before sunrise u get 400% benifit

1 hr before 200%

at sunrise 100%

after sunrise less, but some thing is there.

 

left to users to use the sacred Brahmi Muhurtha and get max value from

Gayithri devi any study, reading work, undertaken in Grahmi Muhurtha

is more rewarding in success rate so students studying for exams late

nites r not good but early morn Brahmi muhurthas are good that is 3.45

am o 5.45 am
