Guest guest
Hi Dp: This is a good suggestion and it's definitely possible. If you click on the "Calendar" link at left, you'll see that we've entered loads of holidays for this entire year, through December. Each is set at ' default of notice 15 minutes before the event. It is possible (manually, of course :-(( ) to reset the reminder for each holiday for two reminders -- one for some advance notice, and a second for last-minute. So for example, I could have it send a notice two days before, then another at 2 hrs before (or 4 hrs, or one hr, or 30 min, etc) as a last call. If you (or any other members) have suggestions as to what amounts of advance notice would be most helpful to you, I can go in there and make the changes. Any suggestions?
