Dear Marissa,

>From your letter you know what you need to do. And this is true for most of

us -- we know our issues and challenges, the direction we need to go and we

have the technology to help us.

We just have to focus on our personal path and we will make progress. It

takes time, but if we do our work, we shift. That is the beauty of age and

a spiritual path.

Watch and acknowledge your progress and then keep going. We each have to go

the distance. Keep going, honor your journey and enjoy your unfoldment. It

is all about you.

Intimacy is about intimacy with self, soul, and the Divine. The closer you

get, the happier you get and the less you think about intimacy in terms of

being with another person. That is when real intimacy can happen.

Blessings on your path.

Gururattana :+)

Dear Guru Rattan,

Sat Nam,

I am a new addition into this group and ui have

certainly been highly motivated so far and with guru

kripa it will improve further on !

i have started meditation 11 minutes every day morning

after a session of Hatha Yoga. During meditation i

feel my feelings are not very good as there is a lot

of ditractions and stability is missing. It is evident

i need to do something aboutit !

i have gathered some info from sources mentioning ,

fasting along with kundalini yoga ........ i have

started 21 days of fasting with first 7 days only

juices, milk , next 7 days fruits and juices and last

7 days to be juices and milk again !

i am based in Libya, North Africa so even the food

options are limited. No food for 21 days . pl. suggest

if this is the right track !

Since march 2006 so far , by hatha yoga i have lost 21

kilos of weight, i hope this fasting will not catalyse

regaining the lost material.

WIll need ur sincere advise on the same !

Cheers

Yogesh
