I haven't seen much addressed on this issue. AL and UL are separate arudhas. Just because they are in the same house, doesn't make them identical. Just like two grahas can be i the same house but doesn't become identical ! In your case (with the given information only) AL and UL are in house of Shani with Shani and Ketu. This gives a spiritual, shy, hardworking image. The spouse indicated by the lord of the UL shows that he may come from relative common/ordinary family background. Your Rise in life is obstructed by grahas in the 7th from your AL, here Shukra and Rahu and shows obstructions from a female in the family like sister, sister-in-law etc. If it was Chandra here, obstruction would have come from mother. Like that. Rahu in the 7th or 12-th from AL shows possibility of great spirituality (Parasara) that can come due to some misery or obstruction in life.
