Stay : Tirunelveli Retiring Room( if you reach Tirunelveli by train by say

Kanniyakumari Exp- reaches Tveli at 430am)

-The retiring rooms are very decent and a good place to stay

or any number of good economical hotels available near railway station

 

Travel: Take say a 6am bus to Srivaikuntam( about 25kms - will take about

45minutes from New Bus Stand) - Buses every 5 minutes on the

Tirunelveli-Tiruchendur route

 

To the nine temples: From Srivaikuntam( this temple opens at 7am) , take

auto/taxi ( fixed Rs. 250/-) and the auto/taxi man will take you to the

other 8 temples

You should be able to finish all by about 2pm ( if you start from

Srivaikuntam at 730am/8am....)

 

In any case, you will easily be able finish all nine temples in one day

On the way back to Tirunelveli, please do visit Krishnapuram perumal

temple( 13kms before Tirunelveli)

Nava Tirupathi temples can be easily visited from Tirunelveli. You can

reach Tirunelveli by any route, because of its importance in Tamilnadu

History. From Tirunelveli, you can reach Alwar Thirunagari, by bus or taxi.

In Alwar Tirungari, accommadation is available in Mutts there. Since the

nine divyadesams are on both sides of Tamirabarani river, it may take two

days to have full darshan, of the nine temples. It is quite easy to reach

and have darshan.
