I've been practicing regularly for about four months now and in the past few weeks I've been having a very tight feeling in my abdomen and diaphragm area. My stomach even gurggles loudly whenever I'm flexing this area. The feeling of tightness has become very distracting during the medition part of my practice. Any advice regarding this? Should I try to breath into the area more & focus on "working on it" ?...or maybe just be with the feeling and accept and do my normal exercises? any thoughts or suggestions or kriyas that may help? peace Heather Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am extremely weak in my solar plexus. My lower abdomen (my emotional part of my belly) seems to overpower my power center. I sink in to my solar plexus and can't seem to figure out how to bring strength there. Any suggestions on how I can do this in my practice. It is affecting my posture and everything. I know that the solar plexus is our seat of our power. So any ideas on how to overcome this and bring both strength and awareness here? "In this moment there is nothing that comes to be.
