Guest guest
Page 45 & 46 has the Eight Stroke Breath Meditation: EP with a straight spine; hands/arms are parallel to the ground palms facing each other about 4 inches apart a few inches in front of the heart center; elbows are straight out to the side; left hand on top, palm down, right hand on bottom palm up. Look at the tip of the nose, concentrate! Inh in eight equal strokes and exh in eight equal strokes; the breath is a continuous rhythm, with no pauses. Mentally vibrate Sa Ta Na Ma twice on each inh and exh. 11 minutes. To Finish, Inh deeply and hold 35 seconds, exhale and relax. Page 57 & 58 Dancing Ardaas Bhaee Meditation: Sit straight in EP, no specific mudra or eye position; Mantra is "Ardaas Bhaee, Amar Daas Guroo, Amar Daas Guroo, Ardaas Bhaee, Raam Daas Guroo,(3X), Sachee Sahee" Tape was played, chanting was done MENTALLY. "Breath is to be dance through the nose to the notes of the melody. The breath should bounce in rhythm with the tune in sniffs. After 9 and a half minutes of silently dancing your breath to the tape, inh deeply and hold. While holding the breath, concentrate on the base of the spine and lock it pulling the energy up, muscle by muscle and vertebra by vertebra. Mentally concentrate on the first vertebra and lock it, pulling in and up on it and do the same with the second vertebra, and third and so on until you have pushed the energy upwardsto the top vertebra in the neck where it meets the skull. "Stretch it all the way upwards; consciously do it. It will never let you grow old if you can do this little exercise. After holding the breath in for about 40 seconds, exh. Repeat this process twice more holding the breath for 20 seconds or so on the two inhalations. "I wanted to let you know how you can renew your life in such a cheap way."
