Guest guest
Dear All, I was wondering if you could offer me a simple set for a recovering alcoholic and smoker. I don’t know much about how to determine what I should make her work on exactly. So I need your help. I am planning to teach her a yoga set or a meditation she can do by her self and also give her a ½ hour Sat Nam Rasayan session. Some of my observations about her (please don’t take this to heart, I am writing this only to give you a clear picture): I think she has liver problems since she is a heavy beer drinker. Her legs look thin and she has a beer belly. Sometimes she has trouble to walk, so she walks with the walking sticks behind her arms. She mentioned to me once that her legs hurt sometimes. Also she has bolding starting on her head. She does not smoke anymore. However when I communicate with her she appears a bit disoriented, she has trouble with her motor functions, also processing complex ideas, she is in that state all the time. She does not drink all the time anymore; however she has an occasional beer. I hope this makes sense. In general she is in a good shape; I see her working in her garden and doing home chores. She found out I am a neighborhood yogi and her daughter encouraged her to ask me if I can help her. She came up to me and said. Please help me my body is in pain all the time. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions you can offer me. Regards, Vito P.S – I don’t want to give her a complicated and long set or meditation. Something simple would be great.
