Guest guest
I just joined this group, and want to say hi to everyone, and wish them well. I practiced Kundalini Yoga about fifteen-years ago, here in Tucson. The ashram (3-HO) closed, so the Kundalini community became less visible, and active. I continued to practice some at home, but at that time often lacked the discipline to do so. Early this year, primarily due to decreased flexibility, and a sore lower back, I returned to yoga practice. Hatha Yoga. I am now enrolled in a Yoga Teacher Training program, and will receive a state license to teach, this December. My Hatha practice has led me back to Kundalini. I find that Kundalini moves me much deeper than other practice, and I see Kundalini becoming a greater part of my practice. When I recently attended a Kundalini class, it was like getting re-acquainted with an old friend, and I immediately felt at home. Other areas that I've studied over the years include Taoism, Reiki, and shamanism. They are all pieces to this puzzle called life.
