Dear Mataji's and Prabhu's, pamho, agtsp,

 

 

Could someone from the New Vraja Mandala temple finally confirm our

reservation and taxi.

 

Because we come with 2 small children we definately need at least one room

with an attached bathroom.

 

We already booked our ticket's on the advice of Kadamba Kanana Maharaja

and we cannot cancel them anymore!

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

 

At the present moment I m not at NVM, I ll try to contact Jambavan

Prabhu to find out if you can get the rooms you are asking. Generally

by this time of the year all the rooms with attached bathroom are

already reserved since two months ago. I ll do my best. Otherwise the

front building has facilities to host you with two big bathrooms for

men and women to share.

I hope there will be some rooms free, at least one or maybe two.

Dear Mataji Maha-Laxmi devi dasi, pamho, agtsp,

 

 

We received your e-mail adres from H.H. Kadamba Kanana Maharaja, the

only

Dutch sannyasi and guru, His Holiness will also recieve a copy of this

letter.

 

We have send you (and some other devotees) a letter before with some

questions about your guesthouse. So far only Patita Pavana pr. replied

but

our latest letter is still unanswered.

 

Anyway, we would like to make reservation for rooms at the New

Vrajamandala

guesthouse. Also we would like to order a taxi from and to the Madrid

Airport.

 

These are our characteristics:

 

- We are coming with 3 adults and 2 small boy's (1 and 2 years).

- We prefer 3 rooms next to eachother (2 rooms with 2 beds and

bathroom/toilet, 1 room with 1 bed without bathroom/toilet).

- Arrival, Thursday 31 august 2006 at 12:10 in the afternoon with

flight

HV5201 at the Madrid airport. (please give this information to the

taxi-driver).

- Departure, Thursday 7 september 2006 in the morning (the exact time

of

departure from New Vraja Mandala can be consulted first with the

taxi-driver).

 

 

Can you please confirm our reservation as well as the confirmation of

the

taxi-drive from the Madrid airport. We arrive with flight HV5201 at

the

Madrid airport on the 31th of August 2006 at 12:10.

Can you also tell us how much the sumtotal is of all the costs, Patita

Pavana pr. told us that he was willingly to consider a fee-reduction

so

kindly take this also into consideration.
