I am willing to compile everything from Vedabase in the same way that I did

with the Krsna consciousness movement.

 

This will take me until the middle of September to be ready to start. I

can then begin by preparing the excel file that has all the needed

terminologies. As I prepare this I would share it with the devotees of this

conference for more input on other terminologies to catch. In order for it

to be complete a comphehesive list of terminologies has to be generated

first.

 

You will see in the Krsna Consciousness Movement files that for the

Bhagavatam 40 terminologies have only 1 or 2 references but they are

insightful statements none the less.

 

I can try over the long winter here in Radhadesh to make some progress. I

would do it in sections and have separate files for each.

2. CC

3. Books Prabhupada actually wrote

4. Books of Prabhupada derived from Lectures and Conversations.

5. Letters

6. Lectures

7. Conversations

8. Legal Documents

9. Books, Essays and Articles pre 1967

11. Letters from Srila Prabhupada's Secretaries

12. Srimad Bhagavatam 10.14 to 12 cantos

 

Actually all this compiling will take alot of time. The total references

from all of Prabhupada's books, letters, Lectures etc for the Krsna

Consciousness Movement was 19043. I only reseached about 2600 of them.

I would speculate that the references for Varnasrama would be close to

50,000.

 

If other devotees are willing to take different sections then of course not

only will it be finished quicker but it will be a very enlightening

experence for those who have the time to read and compile.

 

The first thing to do is to get the terminologies list started and

completed. That will make everyones research as complete as possible.

 

Is there a team of Vedabase baba's or aspirants who are willing and able to

help with this seva?

 

Maybe Danavir Maharaj can take the responsibility of gathering info from

other sources?
