I am not expertise. A novice to say the least.

your doubt is right to the point. You stand with thousands of devotees who

are dissapointed with the Leaderships seemingly lack of interest in the

stategic development of Prabhupada's vision to re spiritualise human

society. They seemingly have other points on their agendas....there are

many thoughts from different angles as to the real reason for this lack, but

until the real reason or combination of reasons is clearly understood and

the Leadership takes responsibilities for these lacks then surely we will

simply be limping along.

 

I too have been and become frustrated on a regular basis. What keeps me

enlivened is that I have to step back from the day to day affairs and to

associate simply with the vision of Prabhupada. In this lifetime I doubt

whether we will see anything substantial developed and maybe we will

experience more setbacks.

 

Our service is and always has been to understand Prabhupada's vision and to

humbly serve it. We have to draw out the principals and values in

Prabhupada's teachings and offer our services in such a way that over time

they become the guiding principals and values of our Krsna conscious

society.

 

We have to be ready to accept that this can take a long time due to the

influence of the three modes and maya that effect us all.

 

A system of Leadership has been self created by the Leadership themselves

that is unaccountable on many levels. This is the crux of the problem for

any serious reform to develop. Until then devotees are running on half

fuel, thus there is feelings of loneliness and dispiritedness.
