Guest guest
Pujaniya Maharajas, Mananiya Prabhus, and Priya Matajis, Namonamah. Srila Prabhupada ki jaya! Re: "Like the moon, which delights the stars," Although "which delights the stars" is non-restrictive, it's also a close appositive, so may it be rendered without the first comma? And on the topic of "that/which," what about "that which" ("that which is beneficial for the soul")? Is it acceptable idiom, or improper usage? (Whichever the case, perhaps include it in the BBT style sheet.) Finally, what about "and also" ("He led kirtana and also gave class")--in writing, is this acceptable idiom, or simply redundant? Please excuse me--still learning English (as a first language). Thank you very much. --most fallen, gkd Kirtaniyah sada harih! most fallen useless shadow-of-a-servant, gkd
