Guest guest
Posted by Yaduraja on Aug 22, 2006: Dear Ramakanta Prabhu, PAMHO. AGTSP! You write: > As you confirmed on April 2, this is equivalent to following statement: > > "Srila Prabhupada never authorized anyone to be a diksa guru in ISKCON". > > So I am asking you: Do you know how a devotee is authorized to be a diksa > guru? He must be authorised by his own spiritual master who is in the disciplic succession. Within ISKCON there is absolutely no scope for any diksa guru other than Srila Prabhupada to operate as proven in NCIP. I asked you to read NCIP when we first reached point b) many months ago. That paper proves that Srila Prabhupada: 1) Established a GBC to manage his movement in accordance with his instructions. 2) Issued a directive to them on how to manage initiations (July 9th directive). 3) Ordered that there should be no change to the system of management (Final Will). Obviously changing the diksa guru for ISKCON would be a massive change to the system of management regarding initiation. In order to even contemplate the possibility of such a change you need to produce: a) An order from Srila Prabhupada to the entire GBC that they are authorised to remove him as the sole diksa guru for ISKCON. b) A system by which the successor could be recognised and installed by the GBC within ISKCON. Yet you have never produced such evidence. You also admit you have no order to anyone to succeed Srila Prabhupada as a diksa guru for ISKCON. If you have no counter evidence then you should concede defeat rather than try to discuss a hypothetical order you admit you know nothing about. To do so would make you a rascal: "Just see how rascaldom. You do not know something perfectly, and still, you are talking about it." (Lecture, Bg 1.45-46, August 1, 1973) best wishes ys Yadu
