I am a yoga newbie and started practice only recently. I was enjoying

a full month of regular yoga practice and have already been seeing its

positive effects on both my physical and spiritual well being.

Unfortunately, I am currently unable to practice as much now because

of my busy schedule. I would thus like to ask the group if there are

any quick routines or asanas that can be done in the morning and

before bedtime.

THanks

You can always do 5 Surya Namaskar A's and 5 B's and add one pose

per week of the rest of the warmup then start on the 1st series. One

asana at a time. Good luck on your journey. T

Have a look at David Swenson's book for sort forms that you can do in

the morning or when convenient. Avoid practing ashtanga before

bedtime though as it might keep you awake!
