Guest guest
Just re-bagan my yoga practice. Looking for support and a community of people who can help keep me on the path.
Guest guest
I am a yoga newbie and started practice only recently. I was enjoying a full month of regular yoga practice and have already been seeing its positive effects on both my physical and spiritual well being. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to practice as much now because of my busy schedule. I would thus like to ask the group if there are any quick routines or asanas that can be done in the morning and before bedtime. One asana at a time. Good luck on your journey. T > > -- >
Guest guest
Have a look at David Swenson's book for sort forms that you can do in the morning or when convenient. Avoid practing ashtanga before bedtime though as it might keep you awake! Anguela
