I told DB, no! let listen to this Lulu, she is here to tell us something and by gosh! she did. I thank you Lulu. I have learnt now. I shall stop responding to this thread further. Just to share something with all : The other thing to keep in mind is that mirrors are all pretty much the same. Narcissus doesn't notice anything particular about any of them because he's too busy maneuvering to get and hold their attention and too busy admiring the important image of him they're reflecting in the inordinate amount of attention he gets from them. Since people are just mirrors to him, he has no more interest in them than you or I have in a mirror we are studying our image in. Similarly, a narcissist has a knee-jerk reflex that tunes people out as background noise. He's too busy thinking of what to say next and too busy admiring how he sounds to hear them. This means that what Narcissus doesn't know about the significant others in his life is both amazing and diagnostic.

Self realization does not refer to this small self, whom we are all friends with.... The small self, or narrow mind can also delude itself believing there is no such thing as Self realization, people who doing sadhana are trying to be special , self restraint is not necessary, guru is disempowering ..etc etc Sadhana is concerned with taming the body mind obsession..Our true nature is Devi's boundless love, and immense peace...the mind's trivialities can never capture it. Thank you ckeniley for your valuable comment. Do keep them coming. So do tell me how does the Self-Realized "the big" one becomes big. It starts from small yes!. Like a child you move : you crawl, then you slowly stand on you two little feet, then you walk and subsequently when your legs and balance is good enough, you run. When you are strong enough in your run and your stamina is good you run the marathon or the triathlon.
