Guest guest
Hi everybody, I'm a new member to the group, but not new to yoga. Actually I'm a Reiki M/T. I have joined your group because I want information on kundalini reiki, and how to activate the kundalini. The method I am using is to visualise the 7 chakras, from the base to the crown, then to see the energy flow along them, and as a second step to see the energy flowing from the crown chakra then right round the body in an oval ball encompassing the whole body and finally reentering from the base chakra upwards again. This is a good way to energise the energy body, but is not specific for the Kundalini. My second question is this: Can we consider the God dimension, the All That Is, as existing in all the chakras, but mainly in the crown (male component) and the base (female componenet)? Is this very far from your traditional system? grin? How do I start to do it the right way? Thanks. Joe Zaidan
Guest guest
>>I have joined your group because I want information on kundalini reiki, and how to activate the kundalini. Sat Nam! I wasn't sure if you meant raising your own kundalini, or if you're trying to raise it in your reiki and massage clients. Personally, when I do energy healing work with people, I don't try "to raise the kundalini" in them. I think people should be actively working with their own body in a way that is strengthening it to be able carry the powerful energy that will follow. (That's why I find Yogi Bhajan's system so powerful, because it doesn't overlook the physical work with the body in favor of only meditation in raising kundalini). For me it's one of those situations where just because I want to see everyone's kundalini energy raised, doesn't mean the person in front of me on the table is necessarily ready for that to happen in their life at that moment. I work with the body as Spirit and their body guide me, and then I will often suggest a set for them to do based on what's going on in their body/emotions/etc and where the blocks are. That way, they take responsibility for their forward growth in a way that complements the work I was doing with them, and in a progression that they are READY for. But I don't do it FOR them. Thay have to participate and ready themselves. It's not my call when it happens for them, though I hold them in my prayers. Just my take on it (if you were talking about your clients).
