Sat Nam, all!

I am looking for this meditation, which I can't seem to find anywhere

online nor in my books.

I would like to start this right after the full moon....

Blessings,

Satjit Kaur

Sat Nam Satjit Kaur:

This meditation, Medical Meditation to Release the Past, Especially

Childhood Anger, is in a book ¨Medical Meditation¨by Dharma Singh

Khalsa, MD and Cameron Stauth:

Posture: Sit in easy pose or in a chair with your spine straight and

chin in. Extend your arms to the sides parallel to the ground and keep

them straight.

Focus: The eyes are closed and focused at the third-eye point.

Breath: Inhale deeply by sucking air through your closed teeth and

exhale through your nose. Keep your jaw relaxed.

Mantra: This Medical Meditation is done without mantra.

Mudra: Use your thumbs to lock down the pinkie and ring fingers and

extend the index and middle fingers. The palms face forward and the

fingers point out to the sides.

Time: 3 to 11 minutes.

End: Inhale deeply, hold your breath for 10 to 20 seconds, exhale,

repeat two more times then relax.

Comments: This Medical Meditation will help to dispel all of the old

wounds, fears and anger from the past, especially your childhood, that

you may still harbor in your first chakra, It will change you inside

and out and help you live in the present magical moment.

I have not yet practiced this meditation so cannot give you first hand

experience. I'm only a third through the book and have already found

it to be a wealth of information. It is available online at yogatech.

Happy releasing!
