Guest guest Posted August 21, 2006 Report Share Posted August 21, 2006 SAT NAM, When I observe my breathing , I find that most of the times my right nostril is always active and draws more energy or prana than the left even while doing excercises. I realize this is not good for my body and sends my mind racing bringing a wierd feeling. I do alternate nostril breathing,kapalabhatti etc but nothing seems to make a difference completely.
