Guest guest
Is it permisible to perform sat kriya after another kriya, with a rest in between? Also, is it permisible to perform kirtan kriya, rest, one minute breath, and then perform five minutes of "Har for Prosperity" meditation? Thank you. -Ann _______________ Got something to buy, sell or swap? Guest guest
Dear Ann,Kundalini yoga kriyas have a specific order. We than can get a specific effect.Change the order change the effect.Yogi Bhajan was very clear about the order in which lessons are to be taught.Only the time can vary.If you want to "mix and match"kriyas don't be suprised if you get an unintended result. There are many books available to assist you with Kundalini Yoga lessons.Sat Nam Ann Brown <anelsondvm (AT) hotmail (DOT) com> wrote: Is it permisible to perform sat kriya after another kriya, with a rest in between?
