Guest guest
Dear Akkama: Usually the nostril breathing adjusts itself according to what you need. Instead of forcing a change, I suggest you allow yourself to feel more creative. Your left brain may be engaging in too many inner arguments and arguing. That's a decision you can make by noticing it and choosing not to argue, choosing not to figure it out with your mind. Instead feel your sensations and choose an art form and express your feelings with creativity. Let me know if this helps! Guest guest
Thanks Awtar, I agree my left brain is too analytical and draws derivations and solutions . BY focusing on the breathe or ground I am trying to cut that down and it is helping. ..I also find that focusing on the breathe I do less and less of active right nostril breathing.. Thank you, Akkama kundalini_yoga (AT) hotmail (DOT) com wrote: Dear Akkama: Usually the nostril breathing adjusts itself according to what you need.
