Hari Aum ,

While practisin the meditation ,(wid closed eyes) when i

concentrate in between of my two eye brows I always see sum colors

popin in/out....

 

I see Black ain White spots appearin ,which disappeare after 2-3

seconds. Then i see colors such as White , Brown ,,ain sum times Green

color havin red spots in it....

 

They also sum times distract me..(i thnk so).

 

What is dat for ??? does it happens 2 every 1 who meditates.

Dear Abhishek,

 

When i started KY in Feb 2006, i had the same experience, but i did did not

see black and white spots but violet and black spots near my third

eye.wheni relaxed after KY

 

I had posted a query at that time.

I do not have an answer as to why that happens but , kept on practising my

KY,especially Nabhi Kriya regularly and Bhandas(Locks) -lesson no 8.

 

It dissapered after some time.Now there is a great improvement in my health

and my way of living., a more positve attitude.

 

You may not find my answer helpful, but i just messaged back to share your

views and tell you that you are in a right path.

continue practising your lessons just exactly as mentioned in the book.
