Before that, he writes about tumeric, the "active ingredient" in golden milk: "Tumeric is a known anti-inflammatory and is often prescribed in the treatment of many illnesses. It is best known as a lubricant for the joints. It is also excellent for the skin and for the mucous membranes, especially for the female reproductiveorgans. It should always be cooked for at least 5 minutes in water or oil before using." Dr. Dharma's book is an excellent resource; I highly recommend it. I love golden milk!! Aside from its medicinal benefits, it is a Yummy Treat before bedtime! Sat nam, Betsy
Guest guest
Hi, I'm new to the group too, but it is supposed to help with joint problems. I'm not sure if it does anything else. I'm sure someone can give you a more detailed answer.
