Guest guest
Hi Everyone & Sat Nam! This is a reminder to you all that Yogi Bhajan's Birthday Anniversary along with a Global Meditation will take place tomorrow. There will be a special simultaneous worldwide meditation at 3 am Pacific Daylight Savings Time (10 am GMT/UTC - Coordinated Universal Time). The meditation is for 11 minutes and will be the chant of Guru Guru Wahe Guru, Guru Ram Das Guru. Also on this special day, there will be a 2 1/2 "Long Ek Ong Kar" meditation that can be done at any time of the day. In Espanola NM, this meditation will begin immediately after the 11 minute chant. Please fell welcome to tune in from your home. Many Blessings Gordon List Owner

First I don't know how to calculate the time.I always have problem with this. I am from Bulgaria GMT +2 so could you tell me the GMT for the Pacific Time so that i will know how much hours i have to + or -. Also could you tell me where i can find the info for "Long Ek Ong Kar" meditation on www.kundaliniyoga.org? I am not so advanced so it is hard for me to find it. 2 1/2 means 2 hours and 30min,right? Thank you very much!!!
