Guest guest
Tom, It is your choice to take action in this regard. (ie. go directly to Amma or Swami D.) This situation is in a way, a great example at how limited a medium the Internet really is. It is sill very much about the mind. It is great to send and receive information, and to set up and get the word out about real-time events. But it leaves too much room for error, and should not be used as a means to avoid taking action and serving others. It can serve in its own way...but real physical action is most important. Tom, do you have a regular seva where you are giving your time to serve others in some way? (You do not have to answer this.) Go out and serve your community in some way, it will help ease the discomfort that you are feeling. (Advice to myself as well). You do not want to add to your discomfort by creating more confusion for self and others. This is a good lesson for each of us. Even when asking for support in this forum, it is limiting. People take a moment to read and respond to a post... Should we not be spending our precious time thinking about Amma, helping others, chanting our mantra? Is this just mind candy? My two cents. There is good in this type of forum, but it is easy to loose track of what is truly most important. S
