Guest guest
I need to quit! What does it mean? You can quit sweating of course by following suitable recommendations in what follows. And quit smoking and alcohol if you are determined to quit really. Other things which you need to quit are explained later. Excess perspiration is explained as a symptom for some post menopausal ladies in http://health.ayurveda/messages/6074 http://health.ayurveda/messages/6729 and links provided in above messages. A file Menopause_Treat.doc is stored at http://health.ayurvedaarticles/Dr. %20BhateFiles/ The file may be downloaded to obtain recommendation on treatment. Accordingly, post-menopause excess sweating arises from excess pitta mostly. Excess pitta means more imurities in blood, which body is cleansing through sweating, using skin as second kidney. Opportunity to throw away this blood through menses is now missing and body must seek alternate route to throw out blood impurities. If diet is improper, more toxins get created out of fats and proteins, and bad odor also the property of sweating. Diet recommendations are given in the file `Menopause_Treat.doc' Author does not recommend any ayurvedic medication, since you may have more complex dosha conditions (Including Vata and Pitta), therefore only food recommendations may be followed. But lifestyle changes such as early to bed, walking on wet grass early morning, using heem of fennel, coriander and cumeen seeds, soaked dates/raisins, drinking copper water, fresh green vegetable juices, fruit juices where fruits contain much water (e.g. watermelon, grapes, cucumber) etc. Dr Bhate ayurveda, "CRYSTAL KADEN" <frybreadwoman wrote: > > I am in menapause and I am constantly sweating.
