Preparation: Mix 10 grams buised shatavari roots in one cup of cow milk, add four cups of water then boil till water evoparated and remain 1 cup milk, filter it.Add 2 spoons sugar to this milk and drink. 2)Mix the powders of "Gokshura and Dhanyak in equal ratio. Take 1 spoon of this mixed powder twice daily 1 hr before breakfast and dinner. Suggested pranayamas: Bhastrika,anuloma viloma,Kapalabhati each 5 to 10 min.
